What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:
- Managing large amounts of incoming calls and customer queries
- Handling chats in a timely and customer-centric fashion
- Replying to emails in a professional manner
- Dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Log tickets and forward to relevant departments
Boxes to tick…
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
- A minimum of 1-year customer service experience within a call Centre environment
- Computer literacy (Experience in CRM systems is an advantage)
- Clear ITC and criminal record
